I have received many mails asking that both be paid in foreign countries (say U.S. and Europe) and the answer is: more, much more than in Latin America. Too many designers have told me that earn more than around here but still fail to earn thousands. Well, the answer is very simple. To start a "rich" have to align themselves, and that what is paid is related to database, ie sites that can be updated through a simple panel or software failing. So if you're a designer but do not handle PHP, ASP,. NET etc, best bet is to ally yourself to a programmer.
