SOFOS Group is pleased to invite you to the first conference of Colombian problems seminar CONTEMPORARY, Whither Colombian society?, Entitled: "Power, authority and political organization." The main theme revolves around the idea that power and political authority exists in every human community, but the political organization combines the relations of authority and power to regulate public affairs without identifying with any of them. We ask where are the checks and if the state is strong enough to exercise the powers. This conference will be Saturday February 20 and will be given by Dr. Armando López Upegui, who is counsel for the UdeA, MA in History from the same university and Historian the U. Nal. Today is an official of the Attorney General's Office
and teacher at the Autonomous UdeA and among other institutions of the city. It's frequent guest program and TELANTIOQUIA GLOBAL FORCE OF ARGUMENT
The event, as always, is in the Museum Otraparte, from 2:00 to 4:30 pm, free entry
