The group has pleased to invite you to the fourth conference seminar COLOMBIAN CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS, Whither Colombian society?, Entitled: "The State of Democracy to the Social State of Law.

The topic to be addressed is the construction of an efficient, decentralized and autonomous as a prerequisite for the existence of democracy. analyze the political regime in its various manifestations and political ignorance is one of the major ills that we suffer as a society.

This conference will be held on Saturday April 10, and will be headed by Dr. CELIA ARISMENDY ESPINOSA, Attorney University of Medellín, with a Masters in Litigation Judicial Process and Constitutional graduates and new criminal procedure system. A written "Comments on the Juvenile Code," "Books on Civil Proceedings," the "Constituent Tarzan" and "On Argumentation 2008." He was Rapporteur of the Constituent Assembly and is currently teaching at several universities and Judicial Attorney in Criminal Matters.

The event, as always, is in the Museum Otraparte, from 2:00 to 4:30 pm with free admission. We suggest bringing the text of the Constitution.
