In this session we intend to define the conceptual framework of the cycle on the illegal and illicit in our culture, what are the implications of the moral rules and laws, to clarify the boundaries between illegal and unlawful, know when accepting or when they are punished. We want to know who it is for the illegal problem and for whom illegal, when and how to apply the permissiveness, tolerance. At the beginning of the cycle is important to clarify whether culture can be defined as a set of socially accepted, even by part of a "minority."

Father Alberto Restrepo González is a philosopher, theologian, university professor and former columnist for El Colombiano. He has published books: Witness of my people (1978), Roots village of corruption (1984), to read to Fernando Gonzalez (1997) and Schoolhouse (2004). We attach
