In this session we aim to identify the role of who offers perks to gain favor and of those who accepted to benefit. Will it be enough to instill values \u200b\u200band codes of ethics to combat corruption? What about sanctions?
The speaker will reflect on the agents and structures that are part of corruption as a mechanism to encourage illegal legal and illegal interests.
This time the guest is RAMÓN ELEJALDE Arbelaez, counsel for the Latin American University and a specialist in public law the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. He was Member of Parliament of Antioquia in 1992-1994 and House Representative for the Department of Antioquia in the periods 1994-1998 and 2002-2006. He was a member of the Andean Parliament and Chairman of the Central Political Committee of the Liberal Party. He was a professor of constitutional law in some postgraduate Colombiano University of Medellin. For twenty years is a columnist for the newspaper El Mundo. " In the Latin American University was Chairman of the Council, has served as Professor of Constitutional Law, General. He is currently faculty representative on the Superior Council of this University and a member of the Directorate Alternate National Liberal Party.
