This time the guest is RAMÓN ELEJALDE Arbelaez, counsel for the Latin American University and a specialist in public law the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. He was Member of Parliament of Antioquia in 1992-1994 and House Representative for the Department of Antioquia in the periods 1994-1998 and 2002-2006. He was a member of the Andean Parliament and Chairman of the Central Political Committee of the Liberal Party. He was a professor of constitutional law in some postgraduate Colombiano University of Medellin. For twenty years is a columnist for the newspaper El Mundo. " In the Latin American University was Chairman of the Council, has served as Professor of Constitutional Law, General. He is currently faculty representative on the Superior Council of this University and a member of the Directorate Alternate National Liberal Party.
