Reflections about the illegal and illicit in our culture.

This session is intended to clarify how culture of legality is a set of features that allow us to know how laws are and what we lack. We will answer what has made it possible that these characteristics are not met in Colombian society and what are the interests that are affected by the culture of legality and favored by a culture of illegality.

The speaker will show us how far the culture of illegality promotes and perpetuates the problems contemporary Colombian and place the role of culture in the way the rules are assumed.

This time the guest is Reinaldo Spitaletta Hoyos, born in Bello, Social Communicator-Journalist University of Antioquia and a graduate of the Master of History, National University of Colombia, Medellin. President of the Center for History of Bello. Teacher-researcher at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, has published over twelve books, among them: The last port of Aunt Vera (novel), Crafts and Officiant (stories), Café del Sur (with Memo Anjel), reports to Literature Colombia (with Mario Escobar Velasquez), Life bitch fucking life (with Mario Escobar Velasquez) Sunday, Stories by the end of the world (Memo Anjel) Life, death and resurrection of Benjamin Camacho (with John Smith), these 33 things (stories), the last day of Gardel and other deaths (stories).

is a columnist for the newspaper El Espectador. Declared in 2008 by the Media Observatory at the University of Rosario, as the best columnist critical of the country. Tracks magazine editor of City and co-producer of Medellín forwards and backwards, Radio Bolivariana. Columnist, lecturer, editor, with experience in print for over 25 years.
