Practice 5. Preparing a multimedia presentation of personal work

The objective of this lab is to believe, by groups, a multimedia presentation on your first month at the University .

Structure of the presentation
  • Home: title of his presentation and the list of group members.
  • Member Experience 1: Hypertext / photo gallery / video. Experience

We'll use Google Docs / Presentations to create multimedia presentation.
  1. The coordinator of the group creates a first file:
    Google Docs> Create New> Presentation.

  2. then invites the other group members as editors using gmail accounts:
    Sharing> Sharing Settings> Add people (leaving the option marked down " You can edit ")

  3. Each member will access the document from a link sent to your email account.

Content Management
  • include images for :
    1. Search, find and save images to disk on your computer (create a folder on the desktop and then save the entire contents before inserting it into the presentation.)
    2. inserting them into the slide:
      Insert> Picture> Browse your computer> OK
  • To include videos :
    1. Go to slide Slide> New and then Insert> Video . Perform a search
    2. > Select Video .
5) Once the presentation is finished, delete the folder you created on your desktop and publish the submission.
  • Sharing> Sharing Settings> Publish> Publish document.
